Spice Is Nice When Added to Rice

I'm working on a spice tree. I'll let you know when I have it all figured out. The Indian spices are crazy...there's like a million of them.

How It All Started

I'm 11 years old and love to cook. When I told my mom I really wanted to learn to cook on my own, she said she'd start by showing me simple things...like how to chop an onion. Her eyes started to water as she chopped, so I told her I'd be back and came back geared up with my swim goggles since I didn't want to cry. My mom says since then, things have never been the same in the kitchen!

Nothing For Boys?! RR4B.

Mom and I went to the bookstore to look for a cookbook just for boys but could only find books for girls and princesses and wannabe mermaids...not one thing for boys.

So I decided to write one! I took my mom's recipes plus some stuff I liked to make and turned it all into the RADICAL RECIPES 4 BOYS cookbook. Now I want to get RR4B published so other boys can cook!

I have "chef" on the list of things I want to be when I grow up...right after professional baseball player.
